The COVID 19 pandemic must not and should not become a crisis for the professional future of school leavers. Securing skilled workers is of great importance for our long-term economic success. For this reason, SERO would like to offer two apprentices an apprenticeship this year. For the 2020 apprenticeship start, we are looking for a trainee for the professional field “IT – System Integration” as well as a trainee for the training job “Industrial Clerk”. Both trainees should have a medium level of maturity and should have both willingness to perform and personal initiative.
The head of the development department, Mr. Wolfgang Starck, will be responsible for the support of the IT specialist trainee. The aim of the varied dual training is to prepare optimally for the future area of responsibility of the IT specialist. This includes the design and implementation of IT systems, the installation and configuration of IT technical facilities, the administration of our company network and the maintenance and care of our server hardware and software (clients and servers). The IT specialist is trained in all of these areas within a small team.
Marc-Oliver Dopf, Head of Finance and Controlling, is responsible for the training of the industrial clerk. The trainee will go through the administration, finance and controlling, purchasing, sales and human resources departments and will therefore be able to understand the business context and be involved in all corporate processes. What is particularly important here is the joy of teamwork and the ability to think logically.
We look forward to motivated young people for SERO.
