SERO wants to above all keep investing and growing in the automotive and industrial industries. We will start focusing on automotive – in the areas of interior and exterior lighting, powertrain, battery management systems, and sensor technology –, based on our previous experiences and because these relevant markets offer promising growth. In the field of industry, we will gear our activities towards automation, tracking and monitoring devices, as well as smart home solutions.
This strategic alignment is reflected by the new sales organization, in place since 01.10.2020. In automotive, our experienced employee Timo Keller will handle all requests surrounding lighting. The Sales Team added additional talent to the team at the beginning of the year, with Key Account Manager Christian Voegele, who will take care of all issues in the fields of powertrain, comfort electronics, and battery management systems. Another experienced KAM will start supporting us from 01.01.2021 for the growing market of sensor technology. Until this time, our Head of Sales Dr Dietmar Breisacher will address all requests. Mr Ralph Roesler will be our point of contact for all industrial customers, starting immediately, whereas Lukas Danner will care for several locations of our large automotive customer Hella as well as several industrial customers. Without any changes to their function, Hanna Reissmann and Anke Wendt will handle order management and processing, and they remain the first point of contact for the material planning departments of our customers. Jasmin Kemps joined our team last year, taking over responsibility for all marketing and communication tasks.
